Our fast-growing software start-up company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic planning to support our company's rapid growth and scale-up. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and senior management team to develop and execute financial strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support our company's growth and scale-up plans.
• Ensure the company's financial systems, processes, and controls are optimized to provide accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to provide insight and recommendations to the executive team and Board of Directors.
• Manage the company's cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure requirements to support our growth plans.
• Lead fundraising efforts and manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial partners.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
• Manage the finance team, providing leadership, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall company strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success as a CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth software start-up environment.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, and financial modeling.
• Experience with SaaS-based business models is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
