We were deeply honored to be featured as a Pegasus Startup by the Microsoft for Startups team. Being one of just 11 retail innovations highlighted globally is an incredible privilege, and we are grateful for the opportunity to showcase our work. Huge thanks to Tom Davis, ShiSh Shridhar, and Vikas Arora for their support and belief in our vision. Opportunities like these inspire us to keep pushing boundaries and driving impactful change.

The National Retail Federation’s NRF 2025 event in New York delivered as always! This year marked our third time attending, and the energy was nothing short of electric. The event was a hub of groundbreaking innovation, meaningful conversations, and exciting visions for the future of retail.
Another proud moment came when we took the stage at the SAP Customer Theater, where we joined Manor AG CFO, Stöcklin Thomas, to discuss the real-world impacts of YDISTRI. Together, we explored how SAP’s Forecasting & Replenishment solution can be enhanced with a reactive element, creating a more dynamic and effective system. We’re grateful to Thomas for collaborating with us on this important discussion—it’s partnerships like these that make innovation a reality.

One of the most exciting aspects of NRF is the opportunity to connect with retailers from around the world. This year, we had the privilege of engaging with leaders from REWE Group, Carrefour, AEON, Axel Johnson Group, Currys plc, Kotsovolos, The Home Depot, Colruyt Group, and many others. These conversations reinforced the global commitment to innovation and collaboration in retail, and we’re inspired by the shared drive to create better experiences for customers.
NRF 2025 highlighted the rapidly evolving retail landscape, with AI at the forefront of change. Here are some of the biggest insights we took away:
- AI acceptance is universal: It’s no longer just a shiny new toy—retailers now demand reliability and real, measurable results.
- Deep customer connections matter most: Transactions are important, but building lasting relationships with customers is the key to long-term success.
- Conversational AI & Copilot tools: These technologies are reshaping retail roles, empowering teams to work smarter and engage better.
- Agents are bridging the execution gap: Autonomy and AI are helping agents execute with greater precision and efficiency.
- AI empowers employees—not replaces them: Far from replacing workers, AI is a tool that enables teams to do more and deliver better results.
- Physical stores remain crucial: They are still the #1 touchpoint for customers and an essential part of the retail ecosystem.
- Retail media scaling rapidly: New monetization models are opening up exciting opportunities for growth.
- Unified commerce is the new standard: True seamlessness across channels is replacing traditional “omnichannel” approaches.
NRF 2025 left us with a wealth of ideas, inspiration, and motivation to keep driving retail innovation forward. From AI’s transformative role to the continued importance of physical stores, the future of retail is brimming with potential. We can’t wait to build on these insights and help shape what’s next for the industry. Here’s to pushing boundaries and creating a brighter, more innovative future for retail!
