The world of retail is going through a constant change. During Covid, we saw a huge rise of e-commerce that led to opening of new outlets which served as pickup points. Now, the concept of online only shops is in decline.

There is no room for middling solutions. People expect e-commerce to offer them low prices and brick and mortar shops to be fully stocked. This calls for efficient inventory management companies are often lacking. What they need is a targeted redeployment of goods between individual stores as an effective way to maintain a balanced amount of stock and avoid creating excess inventory that cannot be sold.
