We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join the team Solution & Delivery, who can handle several diverse and complex activities towards the customer (as well as our team) and can quickly and clearly understand the needs of our customers and propose the best solutions using our application. It is crucial to be able to explain "why" the proposed solution and setup is effective and what it will bring to the customer about existing processes. For us, Solution Delivery & Development means understanding the business and customer requirements not only from a process point of view but also from a data point of view. A critical ability to analyze these business rules and propose solutions. We are looking for someone who is "customer-oriented", speaks English at a high level, is communicative, and can formulate his thoughts and ideas.
As part of this position, YOU will:
- Evaluate and develop a redistribution proposal on our Y'distri platform before final processing to ensure data accuracy and requirement fulfillment.
- Analyze the customer's processes and continuously suggest improvements to achieve even better results.
- Collaborate with customers to set parameters and business rules for managing stocks and working capital.
- Contribute ideas for improving the application with our product and development team.
- Interpret customer data in the application to design new approaches for desired results.
- Present redistribution results and explain their impact and added value to the customer's business.
What we need from YOU:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer Focus: Ability to build strong customer relationships and understand their needs for their success.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent skills in clearly and convincingly explaining the benefits of our solutions and how they improve customer processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Python (experience in data analysis).
- Proficiency in English (C1 level in written and spoken communication); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to meet customers.
- University degree in logistics and supply chain, economics, or IT
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an analytical or consulting role, preferably in the supply chain. Experience with ERP or replenishment systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, systematic approach, and independence. Ability to ask questions and propose alternative solutions.
