What will your main tasks be as a Business Development Representative? In this role, you will:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers, while building a sustainable customer base. You will be leading the process through research, contact, cold calls, cold emailing, and meeting the clients (online or offline), together with senior colleagues
  • Compile, analyze, and report sales and market data, while monitoring and evaluating your sales performance
  • Determine the sales potential and make recommendations
  • Analyze the customer behavior and market trends, in order to meet the product demand and preferences. We would like your voice to be heard!
  • Implement efficient customer communication and feedback channels
  • Administrate the CRM (we work with HubSpot)
  • Work hand in hand with cross-functional teams (development, sales, business consultancy)

 

Who are we searching for?

  • Passion for communication and “unlocking doors”, while seeking new business opportunities, strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Previous BDR or SDR experience (minimum 2 years), especially in B2B outbound lead generation
  • Strong self-commitment
  • Your having mastered multiple sales techniques (including cold emailing) is a big plus
  • Thirst for learning new things, open-minded, and with the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams, while being a good team player
  • You have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (previous work with a CRM is a must)
  • Fluent in English, and other language is a big advantage
