We are looking for someone who thinks in context and isn’t afraid to express their opinion. Someone who understands data, can analyze it, and turn it into meaningful decisions.
With us, you won’t just passively observe what’s happening. Over time, you will take ownership of your own clients and work with them closely. You will understand their needs and help them set up optimal redistribution strategies. We expect independence and the ability to react on the spot — instead of waiting for instructions, you will be the one proposing solutions.

- We provide a SaaS solution that helps retail chains reduce excess inventory
- We can precisely identify overstock in individual stores and propose its efficient transfer to locations with higher demand
- Our clients operate worldwide, so the role also includes travel across Europe and beyond
What you will do:
- Collaborate with clients to design tailor-made solutions and set up redistribution strategies
- Work with data (SQL, BI) — analyze results, look for deviations, and identify opportunities
- Think in context — understand how data impacts real operations and client decision-making
- Participate in client meetings, discuss topics, respond to feedback, and propose concrete next steps
- Present redistribution results and explain their impact on the business
- Bring ideas on how to improve processes and the product itself
What we need:
- Strong logical and analytical thinking
- A problem-solving mindset — looking for solutions, not excuses
- Ability to see the bigger picture — understanding not just numbers, but also context
- English at C1 level for daily communication with clients; an additional language is a plus
- Independence, responsibility, and healthy self-confidence
- 3–5 years of experience in an analytical or consulting role (or an equivalent skill set)

Hledáme člověka, který přemýšlí v souvislostech a nebojí se vyjádřit názor. Někoho, kdo rozumí datům, umí je vyhodnotit a dokáže je převést do smysluplných rozhodnutí.
U nás nebudeš jen pasivně sledovat, co se děje. Postupně dostaneš na starost vlastní klienty, se kterými budeš v úzkém kontaktu. Pochopíš jejich potřeby a budeš jim pomáhat nastavovat optimální redistribuční strategie. Očekáváme samostatnost a schopnost reagovat na místě — místo čekání na instrukce budeš ty tím, kdo navrhuje řešení.
O nás:
- Poskytujeme SaaS řešení, které pomáhá maloobchodním řetězcům snižovat přebytečné zásoby
- Umíme přesně identifikovat nadzásobu v jednotlivých prodejnách a navrhnout její efektivní přesun tam, kde je vyšší poptávka
- Naši klienti působí po celém světě — součástí práce je tedy i cestování po Evropě i mimo ni
Co budeš dělat:
- Spolupracovat s klienty na tvorbě řešení na míru a nastavování redistribučních strategií
- Pracovat s daty (SQL, BI) – analyzovat výsledky, hledat odchylky, identifikovat příležitosti
- Přemýšlet v souvislostech – chápat, jak data ovlivňují reálný provoz a rozhodování klienta
- Účastnit se jednání s klienty, diskutovat, reagovat na jejich podněty a navrhovat konkrétní kroky
- Prezentovat výsledky redistribucí a vysvětlovat jejich dopad na byznys
- Přinášet nápady, jak zlepšit procesy i samotný produkt
Co potřebujeme:
- Silné logické a analytické myšlení
- Schopnost řešit problémy a hledat cesty, ne výmluvy
- Vidět věci v širších souvislostech – chápat nejen čísla, ale i kontext
- Angličtinu (C1) pro každodenní komunikaci s klienty, druhý jazyk výhodou
- Samostatnost, zodpovědnost a zdravé sebevědomí
- 3–5 let zkušeností v analytické nebo konzultantské roli (nebo odpovídající skillset)
