As a growing enterprise, we’re currently looking for a Client Consultant who loves working with data just as much as they love working with people. This is a hybrid role where you’ll split your time between working closely with your clients, digging into their data, and collaborating with our internal team on product and strategy.
No two clients are the same. You might be helping a Drugstore chain in Germany rethink how it balances stock across its locations one week, and working through a redistribution model for a fashion retailer in Thailand the next. If that variety excites you rather than stresses you out, keep reading.
What You’ll Do:
Own your client relationships end-to-end. That means:
- Start by really getting to know your clients: Their operations, their data, their challenges, and their goals. You’ll spend meaningful time in discovery before jumping to solutions.
- Design and deliver data-driven recommendations that solve real inventory problems: You’ll analyze and interpret large datasets, translate what the numbers are saying, and present it in a way that sticks.
- Stay in close contact with clients throughout: Proactively sharing progress, flagging issues early, and pivoting the approach when the data tells you to.
- Feed the product. You'll collect structured feedback from clients on what's working and what's missing, and stay involved as those inputs shape what gets built next.
- Alongside you, our Sales, Product, and Technical teams will make sure you're fully equipped to own the client relationship.
What you’ll need:
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years in a consulting role that required analytical thinking, clear communication, and delivering tangible outcomes.
- Hands-on comfort with large datasets. You investigate the data yourself and reason your way to the answer. You can find the insight in messy data and explain it to someone who doesn't live in spreadsheets.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when needed.
Nice to have:
- SQL is a real advantage in this role, since every engagement starts with digging into the data yourself.
- Retail, supply chain, or inventory management experience.
- Additional languages.

- Analytical confidence: you're comfortable pushing back and recommending a different direction when the data supports it.
- Organized and self-directed: you juggle multiple clients, set your own schedule, and don't need chasing for updates.
- Collaborative by default: we're a small, international team, and different perspectives make us better.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: YDISTRI is a scale-up. Things change, processes evolve, and we expect you to help shape them.

Jsme YDISTRI: Pomáháme velkým retailerům dělat více s tím, co již mají.
Prací na úrovni jednotlivých prodejen dáváme retailovým týmům přehled o tom, jak najít zásoby, které se nepohybují, dostat je tam, kam je potřeba, a proměnit je v reálné tržby dříve, než se stanou problémem. Rosteme rychle, a to je teprve začátek.
Jako rostoucí podnik aktuálně hledáme Strategického obchodního konzultanta, který miluje práci s daty stejně jako práci s lidmi. Jedná se o hybridní roli, kde budeš svůj čas dělit mezi úzkou spolupráci s klienty, hloubkovou analýzu jejich dat a spolupráci s naším interním týmem na produktech a strategii.
Žádní dva klienti nejsou stejní. Jeden týden můžeš pomáhat řetězci drogerií v Německu přehodnotit, jak vyvažuje zásoby napříč svými pobočkami, a další týden pracovat na modelu redistribuce pro módního retailera v Thajsku. Pokud tě taková rozmanitost spíše nadchne, než stresuje, čti dál.
Co budeš dělat:
Zodpovídat za vztahy s klienty od začátku do konce. To znamená:
- Začneš tím, že své klienty opravdu poznáš: jejich provoz, jejich data, jejich výzvy a jejich cíle. Před tím, než se pustíš do řešení, strávíš smysluplný čas mapováním potřeb.
- Navrhneš a dodáš doporučení založená na datech, která řeší reálné problémy se zásobami: budeš analyzovat a interpretovat rozsáhlé datové sady, interpetovat, co říkají čísla, a odprezentuješ to způsobem, který zaujme.
- Zůstaneš v úzkém kontaktu s klienty po celou dobu: proaktivně sdílíš postup, včas upozorňuješ na problémy a měníš přístup, když ti to data napovědí.
- Budeš od klientů sbírat strukturovanou zpětnou vazbu o tom, co funguje a co chybí, a zůstaneš zapojený do toho, jak tyto podněty formují, co se bude vyvíjet dál.
- Po tvém boku ti naše obchodní, produktové a technické týmy zajistí, že budeš plně vybaven převzít odpovědnost za vztah s klientem.
Co budeš potřebovat:
Zkušenosti:
- 3 až 5 let v konzultantské roli, která vyžadovala analytické myšlení, jasnou komunikaci a dodávání hmatatelných výsledků.
- Praktickou zběhlost v práci s rozsáhlými datovými sadami. Data prozkoumáváš sám a k odpovědi se dopracuješ vlastní úvahou. Dokážeš najít poznatek v nepřehledných datech a vysvětlit ho někomu, kdo v tabulkách nežije.
- Plynulá angličtina.
- Ochota cestovat ke klientům, když je to potřeba.
Výhodou je:
- SQL je v této roli skutečnou výhodou, protože každá spolupráce začíná tím, že se do dat pustíš sám.
- Zkušenosti s maloobchodem, dodavatelským řetězcem nebo řízením zásob.
- Znalost dalších jazyků.
